Understanding Energy: The Missing Key To Understanding Yourself

Fast forward fifteen years, and life has circled back in a way that feels almost poetic. Once again, I find myself a single mum — but this time, I have something I didn’t have back then: a deep understanding of energy. I now know what it truly means to be an electromagnetic being in an electromagnetic environment — to understand not only how energy works, but how I work within it.

This realization didn’t come from just reading or thinking about it; it came from what I now call my Spiritual Science Awakening.
